Tom was born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa. After graduating high school, he spent four years in the U. S. Army. Tom then graduated from the University of Maryland (BS in Business) and immediately began selling real estate in Northern Virginia. Al Freeman joined the Tom Pleimling Team in 2000 after 25 years as a broadcast journalist. He is a top-producing REALTOR who lives in Mount Vernon and previews homes as soon as they come on the market. Al represents the buyer, coordinating the purchase process. Bruce Cooke is the newest member of our team. Like Tom, he has midwestern roots having grown up in Davenport, Iowa. Bruce attended the University of Notre Dame (BA, Humanities) and then went on to American University (MA, Film & Video Production). He has 25 years experience in communications and television production, and a family background in home construction. Bruce has lived in Mount Vernon for over 16 years and is ready to help you with all your real estate needs.
Linda Pleasants, Office Manager

Linda has lived in Mount Vernon most of her life and has worked in the real estate industry since 1986. She is usually the one you first speak with on the telephone. Linda manages all listing activities to include advertising, creating custom brochures, sign and lockbox placement, weekly communications, and our direct mail campaign. She will help answer any questions you may have, whether you are a buyer or seller. Linda is here to assist you and me!

Theresa is responsible for checking on each listing on Tuesday of each week. She replenishes fliers and brochures, places rider signs, collects cards left by agents and makes note of any changes in the property condition that may need your attention.
